2. Account & Eligibility

You may browse our website without an account, but placing an order and tracking loyalty points requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

Use of this site is intended for persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Placing & Accepting an Order

An order placed by you is an offer to buy the selected products, subject to acceptance by us. We may be unable to accept an order for reasons such as:

• The product being out of stock at the time of confirmation.
• Inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• An identified pricing or product description error.
• Failure to meet delivery-area or eligibility requirements.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation. The contract between you and Lovyam Sweets is complete once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting customer support or phone as soon as possible after placing your order. As sweets and namkeen are prepared fresh and dispatched quickly, we can only guarantee cancellation if your order has not yet been packed or handed over for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on damaged or defective items.

5. Pricing

All prices on the website are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, weights and pack sizes may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. We try to ensure all prices displayed are accurate; if we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel that item.

6. Payment

We accept payment in INR through our secure payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. We do not have access to or store your full card or banking credentials. If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is typically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days; please write to us with your order details if this does not happen.

7. Product Availability & Delivery

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock or subject to a delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout. During periods of high demand — such as Diwali, Rakhi and wedding season — please note that delivery timelines may be longer and certain items may sell out faster than usual.

8. Loyalty Points

Registered customers may earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases, redeemable on future orders subject to the minimum redemption threshold shown in your account. Lovyam Sweets may modify the points-earning rate, redemption value or program terms at any time, with the updated terms reflected in your account dashboard.

9. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk, wedding and corporate gifting orders placed through our Bulk Order page are subject to separate confirmation of quantity, customisation, pricing and delivery timelines communicated to you directly by our team before the order is finalised.

10. Copyright & Trademarks

All content on this website — including text, product images, the Lovyam Sweets name, logo and packaging designs — is the property of Lovyam Sweets / MDM Enterprises and is protected under applicable Indian law. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape/copy product listings and pricing for commercial use elsewhere.
